1. ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT
When you place an order for one or more of our services it is an offer by you to enter a legal contract with us. Once your order is accepted, the contract is subject to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions concerning them, please contact us on [email protected]
2. RIGHT TO CANCEL
We offer a 14 day refund policy for online courses providing the following conditions are met:
You have requested a refund with 14 days of purchase.
You have not completed module 1 of the course. Upon completion of module 1, module 2 will automatically become accessible and no refund is applicable.
If you have the right to cancel you must notify us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
Once you request a refund your access to the course will be withdrawn.
3. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Tranquillity Zone Training courses and training information are subject to copyright in the UK and internationally.
All materials on any of our websites or platforms are copyright of Tranquillity Zone Training and may not be shared or reproduced in any form without our written permission. All rights reserved.
This includes, but is not limited to, online training modules, course manuals, module details, course syllabus, video clips, certificates, downloads and all Tranquillity Zone Training images and logos.
When you enrol with Tranquillity Zone Training you agree not to share, sell, publish, copy, or otherwise distribute our course materials to any third parties.
4.COURSE CONTENT
We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised course materials at any time.
Tranquillity Zone Training aims to provide high quality materials but does not warrant that the materials will be error free.
Some courses are designed for sequential learning. This means that you will need to progress through the course by completing one module before moving on to the next. When you enrol on the course you will only have access to the content of module 1 and will unlock the other modules as you progress through the course.
You will have access to the course for 1 year from your enrolment date, after which time access to the course will expire.
Tranquillity Zone Training does not guarantee that you will achieve any particular results from the ideas and techniques within the services offered.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner when using the discussion option enabled in a course or any social media platforms related to the course.
You agree to using the given channels of communication for student support.
You agree not to share, sell, or otherwise distribute your access to the course to any third parties.
6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
If you fail to complete the course within the allotted timescale the service will be terminated, and you will be deemed to have failed the course.
Tranquillity Zone Training reserves the right to terminate the service for students who act inappropriately or display offensive behaviour to other students.
7. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Tranquillity Zone Training aims to provide a high standard of customer service. Any complaints regarding the content and delivery of online courses will be investigated thoroughly and should be addressed to [email protected]
8. STUDENT SUPPORT
Students can access course support through either the in-course discussion option (where enabled) or by emailing [email protected]
We will endeavour to reply as soon as possible but please allow a few days for our response.
9. GENERAL
These terms and conditions apply to all online learning contracts between Tranquillity Zone Training and its students.
